| It is indeed a day of challenge and promise for Pacific Education Society. By opening Pacific College of Teachers’ Education, I have opted for analyzing and researching on one of the most provoking themes of our time, one that relates to women’s studies. To my mind, it is doubtless a special thrust area and should, hopefully, result in rich dividends. I extend my good wishes to the Administrative Staff, Teaching Staff, Office Staff and Students for the success of this college.
